Mobile broadband
In September 2016, the business introduced 4G broadband services over the whole country of India. Jio Fiber

Jio Phonenext
As part of Jio's extended collaboration with Google, a feature-rich Android smartphone called the JioPhone Next was built together. It was revealed by Mukesh Ambani on June 24, 2021. The low-cost smartphone was introduced on November 4, 2021, in India.
The Pragati OS, an in-house developed operating system based on Android Go, will power the JioPhone Next. This phone, which is categorized as entry-level, is meant to take the place of feature phones by effectively offering basic smartphone functions at a low specification.
Controversies
Jio and the nation's current telecom providers, including Airtel, Vodafone, and Idea Cellular, were called in by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in September 2016 to convene and talk about a matter about the interconnection of the operators. Jio protested to TRAI and the Department of Telecom (DoT) about other operators breaching their contractual obligations to allow Jio to use their network resources, and this was the outcome.
The business went on to say that the operators are attempting to hinder its foray into the telecom industry. DoT, however, rejected the plea and instructed TRAI to assist in resolving the conflict peacefully. Furthermore, rather than just the three carriers, the Cellular Carriers Association of India (COAI) asked TRAI to include all of the operators in the debate.
